Payment

We currently accept payment via Bank Deposit and PayID.

Customers must include their order number and name in the payment reference where possible. Orders will only be processed once cleared payment has been received.

To assist with faster processing, customers may be requested to provide proof of payment.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers throughout Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping fees and delivery estimates are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.

Orders received before 11:00 AM are typically packed on the same business day. Orders received after 11:00 AM are generally packed on the following business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timeframes rests with the courier service.

Discreet Packaging

We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no external indication of the contents of the parcel.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
