📦 Shipping & Delivery
What courier do you use?
We ship all orders with Australia Post (AusPost). Shipping starts from A$10, and we offer FREE shipping on all orders over A$200 🎉
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
If you're located in Western Australia (WA), please allow an extra 1–2 business days for delivery.
Please note: Once your parcel leaves us, delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post and are unfortunately outside of our control.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
If you can’t find the email, please check your spam/junk folder just in case.
My order is taking longer than expected - what should I do?
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, please email our support team and we’ll happily look into it for you. We’re here to help!

At the moment, we accept: Bank Deposit and PayID
Currently, we do not accept: Credit cards Afterpay, PayPal, and other online payment platforms

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order as long as payment hasn't been processed yet. If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us via email as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, health regulations, and legal restrictions, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We carefully inspect and pack every order before it leaves us to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. That said, if you believe there’s an issue with your order, please contact our support team immediately and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
