We accept payments exclusively through bank deposit and Pay ID. When making a payment for your order, please include your order number and name as the description. Orders will be shipped once payment is received in our account. We deliver to all states and territories across Australia, including residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers. No international shipping.

Fast shipping starts at $10 and takes 3-7 business days from shipment date (if you are based in WA, it may take an additional 1-2 days to deliver). Free shipping for orders over A$200.

Orders received after 11:00 AM will be packed on the following day. Orders received before 11:00 AM are typically packed the same day.

Our parcels and packages are completely discreet. There are no details about the contents or OZ Cheap Smoke visible on the exterior of the box or satchel.
